By using MyReelsMaker, you agree to the rules in this section.
MyReelsMaker helps create posts, carousels and Reels with automation and editing tools. AI output may require review and editing before publication.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.
The cost of a paid action is shown in the interface before it starts. The stated number of credits is reserved and then charged when the action is completed.
Premium adds 1,500 credits at the start of each monthly subscription period for both monthly and annual plans. Unused credits do not roll over.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. After cancellation, access remains available through the paid period.
You retain rights to your materials and must have permission to upload and use them. You are responsible for publishing the result and for complying with platform rules, copyright, image rights and privacy requirements.
MyReelsMaker does not guarantee unique output, views, sales, income or any other publication result.
We may fix, change or temporarily disable features to protect and develop the service. Prices and terms for future subscription periods may change with advance notice where required by law.
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. MyReelsMaker’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We collect only the data needed to operate, bill, protect and improve the service.
To create and store projects, authenticate users, process payments, issue credits, provide support, prevent abuse, analyze usage and improve MyReelsMaker.
Some functions may send necessary data to infrastructure and processing providers such as OpenAI, Pexels, Google, Dodo Payments, hosting providers, Google Analytics and Meta. Only data required for the relevant function is shared.
Data is kept as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies support login, language, affiliate attribution, security and analytics. For data access or deletion requests, contact support@myreelsmaker.com.
Payments and refunds are handled by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions are available. At the start of each monthly period, 1,500 new credits are added; unused credits do not roll over.
After cancellation, the subscription remains active through the paid period and future automatic charges stop.
Refund requests can be sent to support@myreelsmaker.com. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and actual service usage.
Completed AI operations are normally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. If a verified technical failure causes an incorrect charge, unused or incorrectly deducted credits are restored.
The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the bank.
